A deeply empathetic individual, Komal felt passionately for cancer hospice patients and wanted to contribute to their life in some way. Her own challenges and internal turmoil introduced her to counselling, where she found the path to her purpose.

Her training in counselling at Parivarthan cemented her belief in the importance of the inward journey to personal development. With a curiosity towards life and passion to learn more, she explored various methodologies like wellness, NLP and yoga. As a life coach, she has experience of coaching senior management, especially women. Today, she combines her multiple skills to provide the right foundation of healing for her clients.

Komal is a naturally intuitive individual, who strives to create opportunities for awareness, acceptance and learning about self & others in her interactions with clients. She has helped her clients live a much more fulfilling life, by opening up blind spots that are holding them back.

Over the years, Komal has dealt with anger management, trauma, career issues, all towards personal development. Even today, her constant endeavour is to destigmatize mental health issues and make it a way of life to deepen the relationship with oneself and others.
