Some years ago, face-to-face with prolonged and multiple disturbing factors, Nameeta went through an identity crisis, feeling demotivated and directionless. This experience brought her in touch with the disturbing state of mental health in India.

Nameeta emerged as a deeply sensitive individual, with a passion for bringing about change.

Through her journey as a trainee, she became aware of crucial patterns that were impacting her relationships and career. Today, conscious of what was unseen to her till now, she has rewritten her narrative, and feels empowered to make informed choices. In doing so, she is discovering herself through a new lens.

She sees counselling as a transformative process that brings clarity and unlocks human potential. A fierce believer in mental wellbeing, she is committed to working with clients to help them address their situation, and embark on a journey of growth.
