Associate Counsellor

A social worker by profession, Noopura has always valued human connections and understands how a co-active relationship can enable healing. She believes in facilitating a warm, safe and supportive space, where the client is free to share experiences, where both told and untold is respected and one is empowered to embrace their authentic self. Her own journey of being able to recognise defeating patterns of thought and behaviour and being able to overcome them through therapy inspires her to hand hold others.

With about five years’ of experience in working with children, adolescents, women and families in communities and in the space of adoption, her work has centred around issues relating to relationships, parenting, family dynamics, grief, loss and trauma.

Her strength is in working with adolescents, young adults/couples, adult adoptees supporting them to navigate through life’s challenges. Through therapy, she intends on empowering clients find clarity and achieve more balanced and wholesome lives and relationships.
